Looks good. I had a pair of jean-cut trews years ago that had a nice look to them. Mid grey with a darker grey stripe.... This is the only photo I think I have of them.....
Oh, here...
I don't think I ever had them photographed out of costume, but I wore them a lot.
Lower in the waist and a more modern pattern than I'd prefer now (I was also a hell of a lot thinner in those days - as I recall, they were only a 34" waist(!)), but nice looking cloth. Used to wear them a lot. Lighter than I'd prefer now (I think they were in the region of 8oz), but I've long been keeping an eye out for something in a similar pattern, but a more vintage cut and a bit more heft. There's every chance these are still in my flat somewhere; if I turn them up, I'll take a better photo of the cloth.
All denim is going to be raw, it was raw back then and I see no reason why we are not using it now. So prepare for roping, twists, threads biting into seams. We have factored in shrinkage, so order your true size, on orders add an extra inch on the leg, since it shrinks the most. But the waist and body and sleeves are all good.

Okay check it out. The most popular cut is The Big B Dungaree. So why don't we do a xmas Big B special where you can order them in Denim, Khaki or both? £99 for one and say £175 for both?
I've also maxed out the size chart a wee bit more to push that 30's shape.
I lovde the idea of the sale on these. I'd be up for a pair of tha khaki ones for sure, though alas I don't think I'll have the money to put into anything like that til after Christmas now (not least since I had unexpected expense after the bloody cat bit my phone and shattered the screen!).
