I'm probably going to have to start doing that with loads of stuff in future. Royal Mail is still great, but as it sinks into privatisation, the quality of service is guaranteed to decline.

Cream and red arrived just a few minutes ago. Size is spot on for me. Score! I am away for a long weekend but will take some pics and post them on monday.
I also just received the polos. The fabric is great and pictures don't do them justice. Unfortunately, the fit is far from good for me. The shoulder seam is way down my upper arm and the neck is much too wide. I should have ordered the M instead of the L.
Simon, with the second run in the pipeline, would it be possible to send the three polos back and exchange them for size M? I suggest adding the shoulder width to the size chart. If I had known that measurement I would have ordered the correct size. Also, either the fabric is very stretchy or the P2P measurement isn't correct. There was still a lot of wiggle room for me although given the measurements it should have been fairly tight.

Sure we can do a M Rudie, its really about the chest fit. The shoulder was dropped to give a more vintage vibe because the shirt was looking distinctly 70's and also to help the arm sit flat to the bicep, so i based on this fit below to still get the right angle fitted sleeve and to get a soft sporty look without the sleeve kicking out. Send back L and I'll send over a M.

Hm. I guess I'll have to sleep over it. Fit is similar to Buster's, except that his collar sits higher up, more like a normal shirt.
Looking at Hanson's pics I like his fit better. The shoulder seam seems to be more in line with his actual shoulders and the collar front is higher up.
There is a little shrinking when you wash and the fabric softens, you just focus on the chest and if you can take any smaller PM me. Hanson is very broad and built like a tank.

Anyone in Sweden received their polos yet?
If so, which courier service delivered it?

WhiteBeard, Mine are waiting at the local collection point for Shenker apparently. I'll go over and grab them in the morning.
Got a little surprise from Hermes today. I must say, the fabric is amazing stuff. Congratulations on your choice of that bamboo rayon, Simon, and thank you! This new rayon can clearly compete with vintage rayon. The weight is hefty enough, the feel is totally different from normal (i.e. fully synthetic) modern rayon. As a matter of fact, I think it might even be better than vintage rayon as far as breathability and washing/ironing is concerned.
Fresh out of the box - the cream worn with 50s-60s British KD trousers, the navy worn with early 40s bright blue w/ green pinstripe cotton slacks with self-fabric belt. This is size S on a 14.5"/37"/30" frame. XS would have worked, too, but since the collar is made to sit low by design anyway, it doesn't matter to me. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() • Citronen, Sean Longden, swinglish, TheContinentalOp, willyto

Like Rudie, I felt the collar could have been tighter. However, my neck isn't large compared to my chest, as such I accept that the ratios are probably good for most people.
