A little push on stock in mid-August, primed to catch those looking for something to wear at Goodwood Revival would make sense for the flannels.

Pretty good fit Nik.
The mind boggles thinking ahead about the 30s DB and suit jacket with that combo. (08-10-2017, 05:35 PM)GarryAC Wrote: Hi All, a rubbish pic but very pleased with the new trews! I'm not able to access the picture. Maybe it's private and we don't have access. Try IMGUR instead. I got mine yesterday. Put them all through a cold wash and I will bring them to have them hemmed with cuffs.

Autumn is here with full force. Promote the flannels with flannel shirts, tweed, heavy shoes or boots, colorful leaves on the ground and so on?
When I saw them during the summer months I thought *Ugh WARM!* But now they are perfect. A small boost can't hurt. ![]() • bluescaptain, Edward, Marc Chevalier, metatron, Sean Longden, willyto

Ugh. I’m between sizes, you guys who own a pair, should I go low (36) or high (38)?

The 1" allowance is standard. If you're 37" the size 36 will fit with no excess to cinch. Some prefer it that way, some prefer more allowance. I'm 29" waist myself and I wear the size 30 flannels (31" actual waist). I did try on size 28 and obviously the fit was more early/mid 30s (less roomy in the seat and crotch) than the late 30s, more loose fit that I prefer. Be sure you know your actual waist measurement and what your preferences are. Compare to vintage trousers you own, measure them with the waistband fully extended but not stretched. Don't rely on measurements that any seller may have given for the vintage pieces you bought.

Thanks for your concerns fellas but it's fine. This batch has to go. Its a logistical thing. I don't want to do it, I have to. Will make new batch in spring with sports jackets etc.

Fantastic minimalist outfit, I hope that belt gets released at some point too.
