Oh, a drop-shipping thing?
I thought it was a sign that SJC is now a fully-fledge, 'real thing', y'know, when you're big enough to have a barcode on your products so that you can catalogue 'em easily that way.... Either way, looking forward to my suit arriving. It'll give me motivation to drop that extra size over Christmas and get into it in the new year!

So we have to pay customs and taxes on it even though we ordered from a UK company?

“Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights are not affected by our return policy. Please check shipping and returns We ship Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), therefore any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, if any, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Duties We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Please be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.“ So this means I have 300£+ tax/VAT/customs extra at least for just the work wear suit. And then 500£+ for the 1930s suit. This should have been more clearly communicated for returning customers since it’s a pretty big change. Never seen this before when ordering from within EU, no matter place of manufacturing.

...well, that makes me feel like...I don`t know. Horriefied?
This should have been made clear in advance, because this means that I will have to pay another 40% for customs. I didn`t check the shipment terms `cause I thought it will be shipped from the UK, as all the orders before. I surely would not have placed an order knowing that the stuff is shipped from outside the EU and subject to german duties. In this case I have to say that this will be my last order (and I do regret this, as I like the stuff very much and was looking forward for the Vaugan and all...), but I am not able and willing to pay this high fees.

Hey everyone, I received my work suit in the Mail today. Really nice surprise!
The salt and pepper Fabric is amazing, Jacket and waist coat are pretty close fit considering my skinny 40 body. Pants are unfortunately too large for me, So if anyone is looking to buy a 36 waist paints wide leg, salt and pepper Color, PayPal would be great and i can mail it immediately, So I can order a smaller size. thanks everyone, Peter
