But not literally rolled up, please. Cuffed up once, raw denim style. A lot of denim heads are allergic to a cuff roll.

Interesting. I much prefer a double roll at aroun 2-2.5" myself, but it makes sense to run with what sells to the crowd.
Yes they do, exactly. They prefer the original hem to show. I'm not saying that everyone does it. But a lot of denim enthusiasts do, especially those who are interested in the historical side to it. Others dislike the look of 5 inches of cuff.

Sanforized so no, but, I hot soaked mine to check and noticed i lost about 0.5" in the leg, nothing in the waist or anywhere else in the thigh or sides. But length a tad. So hot soak before cutting.
